Beer InCider is a tasting festival that brings together 50+ independent breweries and cideries, some of Australia's best Aussie bands and damn good food. It's a deliciously rocking event. We’ve even got a wine and cocktail bar, a ping pong arena and a Brewer’s Stage. ‘Cos really, what’s better than enjoying a great band with a beer in your hand?
The Beer InCider Experience is on Friday 20 September (4.30pm-10pm) and Saturday 21 September 2019 (11am-10pm) at Brisbane Showgrounds, Gregory Terrace, Bowen Hills. The event is strictly 18+ years and photo ID is required upon entry. The event is ticketed and there are general admission, group, one-day, weekend and VIP tickets available.
So, you've heard on the hop vine we have a wicked music line up and want to check out who's playing when? Friday night you can enjoy Thundamentals, Briggs and Jesswar. Saturday you can rock out to Hockey Dad, Ruby Fields, Dear Seattle, Charlie Collins, Bris182 and VOIID. Set times are available now.
We’re cashless which means you can leave your wads of cash under your mattress, and just bring your debit card, credit card, Android or iPhone (with mobile wallet enabled) and get ready to 'tap & go' powered by Square. Every brewer, food truck and bar (even the merch tent) will only take payment with a Visa, Mastercard or Amex debit or credit card or your NFC enabled smart phone with 'tap & go' functionality.
We repeat – CASH IS NOT ACCEPTED. You must bring your debit or credit card that has 'tap & go' functionality.
Free public transport to and from the festival is included with your ticket. Simply show your pre-purchased ticket or festival wristband when boarding any Translink bus or Queensland Rail City Network train service. Not available on Airtrain, CityCat, ferry or tram services. Free travel is valid between 10am and last scheduled service of the day (on both days).

The Brew List is our comprehensive list of almost every beer, cider and bevvie at the festival. Take a read HERE. Brews are available for purchase in 100mL tasters (which conveniently fit in our Beer InCider beer paddles - BYO paddle or pick one up at the festival), pots (poured into your 320mL reusable festival cup) and cans.
Last drinks will be called 30 minutes prior to closing time. We are a tasting festival (not a beer swilling event). Please drink plenty of water (freely available at the event - bring an empty plastic water bottle) and eat heaps of great food. Cheers!
While you're at Beer InCider, be sure to wander over to the merch tent run by the legends at Thirsty Merchants. There you can purchase beery merch as well as loads of stuff from our brewers and bands. Think t-shirts, caps, bottle openers and more. For Beer InCider stubby coolers, caps and paddles, head to the info tent located next door.
At Beer InCider we're all about sun protection. There are two big ass marquees at the Brisbane Showgrounds to keep us all sun safe, but we do recommend you bring a hat and sunnies. We'll be wearing jeans and a flashy tee combo and shoes are a must (thongs are A-ok). Don't forget to Slip, Slop, Slap, Seek (shade) and Slide (on your sunglasses). A jumper will come in handy as the evenings can get chilly, and you're welcome to bring in an empty water bottle to fill up on site. Bring a picnic rug, pull up a pew and enjoy beer, cider and music on a glorious spring day. Please note: No studded jackets or spiked clothing. Studded belts are ok.
Our friends at Four Points by Sheraton and The Westin Brisbane have a cracking deal just for Beer InCider-goers, offers include breakfast, complimentary valet parking, and more. Book your accommodation now.
